Been waiting a while for this to open! I like that you can get mixed shawarma. First day jitters. Helpful senior staff there to train. My wrap was a bit heavy on the cabbage and tomatoes and a little light on the Boustan sauce though honestly, by the time I was eating it I could barely tell. I was worried the potatoes would be cold because they ran out part way through filling my bowl, had to cook more. They were not cold. Had to wait a bit longer because of being opening day - would rather they take their time and get it right than speed through and give me lower a standard meal. And they will learn fast. There is lots of open space inside, which I like. Friendly greeting when you come through the door. The staff asked if it was my first time at Boustan. It was not. Have loved it for a while! They were ready and willing to give me tips like how to pull the brown wrapper off from the twisted side. Love the location being so close to my neighbourhood. Price includes - tip, tax and a drink that is not seen in the photos. And was in the low end of the range selected.

I had a great overall experience at Boustan in Fredericton. The chicken shawarma plate was fresh, flavourful, and had generous portions. The garlic and Boustan sauces are a new favourite addiction for me haha. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and the restaurant was spotless. Great value for both a quick lunch and a satisfying late dinner. Absolutely worth the visit. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Good service. Kafta was good for quick food (from an actual Lebanese person)! Very sterile feeling environment, definitely more of a grab and go than a warm seat in. Overall great experience. Will try something different next :) one of the better *imitation Lebanese* restaurants in town (nothing can beat authentic leb or made at home). Would recommend to friends.

I tried the Mixed Shawarma (beef, chicken, rice, potatoes, fattoush salad) and was really delighted! The meats are flavorful, and the sauce complements it perfectly without overpowering the taste. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

I was glad they opened a branch here in Fredericton. Chicken shawerma was so good, beef shawerma was not as expected, in the middle east tahini sauce is what is mainly used on the beef shawerma and all what boustan had had was humus which is mainly used with kebab, I would suggest to start using tahini sauce to get a better flavor. Jermey was amazing and pleasant to deal with, professional and knew what he was doing. The other staff members still need better training. I would still recommend boustan!

I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap with fries and a drink, and it was absolutely delicious. The wrap was packed with tender, flavorful chicken, fresh veggies, and just the right amount of sauce to bring everything together without overpowering it. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the portion size was perfect. Paired with a refreshing drink, the whole meal was filling and satisfying. Definitely one of the best shawarma meals I’ve had – highly recommend!
